Metal
Metal roofing is known for its energy efficiency, longevity and durability. Widely regarded as the most durable, long-lasting option on the market, a metal roof’s life expectancy is estimated be 40-70 years, while other options only last around 10-20 years. A huge advantage of metal roofing is saving costs on energy bills. These roofs reflect the sun’s rays, so this will lessen the draw on your facility’s air conditioning system. Metal roofs are some of the most fire resistant options on the market and is, by far, the most low maintenance roofing option.

TPO (Thermoplastic
Polyolefin)
TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) is a roofing material introduced in the early 90s. It is a single-ply roofing membrane composed of 3 layers (a TPO polymer base, a polyester-reinforced scrim, and a TPO compounded top ply).
Benefits to using TPO:
-Affordable
-Easy to install
-Environmentally Friendly & Energy Efficient
-Durable and flexible
-Easy to diagnose leaks
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)
EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane widely used in low-slope buildings in the United States and worldwide. Its two primary ingredients, ethylene and propylene, are derived from oil and natural gas. EPDM is available in both black and white, and is sold in a broad variety of widths and in two thicknesses. EPDM can be installed either fully adhered, mechanically attached or ballasted, with the seams of the roofing system sealed with liquid adhesives or specially formulated tape.

Siding
Commercial siding protects large structures against common weather conditions such as rain, snow, heat, and wind, as well as vandalism. Some commercial sidings are made from metal, while others are made with synthetic materials like vinyl or PVC. With the many different types of siding options available, we can install any kind requested by the building owner.

Coatings
A commercial roof coating is a particular type of fluid applied across the membrane of your roofing system. Its purpose is to prolong the service life of your roof by protecting it from leaks, sun damage, and ponding water. When applied, the coating dries into a protective layer that fends off damaging elements while restoring the curb appeal of the building. Coating also protects the roof membrane from UV rays and other harmful weather conditions, as well as improves the fire resistance of the roof system. You do not have to have a new roof to get this service, we will inspect your roof, and if it qualifies, a manufacturer will recommend a coating type and we will install!
